Peaches are bone fruits that are divided into varieties whose flesh is easily separated from the bone (“prescos / piescos”) and others that firmly adhere to it, such as the variety called “pavia”.
The varieties of white meat (Presquillas in Aragon, diminutive of presco) are typically very sweet, with little acid taste while those of yellow meat have an acid background, which is savored along with the sweetness. The skin of both varieties has reddish tones.
